Sky High Car Audio 1/0 Gauge CCA Amp Kit – Red, Blue or Green
Sold by AudioSellerz.com
The Sky High Car Audio 1/0 Gauge CCA Amp Kit provides the primary wiring and installation accessories needed for many aftermarket car audio amplifier installations. Choose from red, blue or green power wire to match your build, amplifier rack or installation theme.
Audio Sellerz stocks these amp kits for faster order fulfillment. This is not a made-to-order product.
This kit uses copper-clad aluminum wiring, commonly called CCA. It provides a budget-friendly option when 1/0 gauge CCA is properly matched to the amplifier’s current demand, cable length and installation requirements.
Available Wire Colors
- Red
- Blue
- Green
Select your preferred power-wire color before adding the amp kit to your cart. The included black cable is used for the amplifier ground connection.
Sky High 1/0 Gauge CCA Amp Kit Includes

Complete Amplifier Wiring Foundation
The 17-foot power cable connects the vehicle’s battery or electrical supply to the amplifier. The included 3-foot ground cable provides the material needed to create a short amplifier ground connection at a properly prepared chassis-grounding location.
The RCA cable carries the audio signal from the radio, line-output converter or DSP to the amplifier. The remote wire supplies the amplifier turn-on signal, while the included 12 gauge speaker wire connects the amplifier output to the speakers, subwoofer or enclosure terminals.
Vehicle layouts and amplifier installations vary. Additional terminals, cable, distribution blocks, factory-radio integration equipment or installation accessories may be required.
Is 1/0 Gauge CCA Right for Your Amplifier?
Do not choose an amplifier wiring kit using peak or maximum amplifier wattage alone. The correct wire size depends on the amplifier’s actual current demand, recommended fuse protection, total cable length and how the system will be used.
This Sky High 1/0 gauge CCA amp kit may be suitable for:
- Daily-driver subwoofer systems
- Moderate monoblock amplifier installations
- Systems requiring more wiring capacity than 4 gauge CCA
- Longer battery-to-amplifier cable runs
- Customers building within a specific wiring budget
- Installations needing power, ground, RCA, remote and speaker wire in one package
CCA should not be treated as electrically identical to the same gauge of OFC wire. Larger amplifiers, longer cable runs and systems expected to receive more power later may benefit from a properly sized OFC amp kit or a custom wiring plan.

ANL Fuse Protection
The included ANL fuse holder protects the main power cable when fitted with the correct fuse and installed near the battery or primary power source.
Select an ANL fuse that safely matches the cable, amplifier requirements and completed installation. Never use a larger fuse than the wiring can safely support.
Review the car audio wire-gauge and fuse-size guide for more information about choosing wiring and fuse protection.
Build a Strong Amplifier Ground
The amplifier ground is just as important as the positive power connection. Use the included 1/0 gauge ground cable to create a short, secure connection to a suitable vehicle-grounding point.
Remove paint, rust and contamination from the contact area before securing the ground terminal. A weak or loose ground can contribute to voltage drop, excessive heat, noise, reduced amplifier output and protect-mode problems.
Read the car audio amplifier-grounding guide for help preparing a dependable ground connection.
Safe Power-Wire Routing
Route the power cable away from exhaust components, engine heat, sharp metal edges, steering parts, pedals, seat tracks and moving components. Use a proper grommet or protective sleeve wherever the cable passes through metal.
Secure the wiring throughout the vehicle so it cannot move, rub, become pinched or be damaged by passengers and cargo. Install the ANL fuse holder close to the battery or primary power source rather than near the amplifier.
CCA vs OFC Amp Kits
CCA amp kits provide a more affordable wiring option when the wire size, cable length and system demand are matched correctly. OFC generally provides lower resistance and greater current capacity than the same printed gauge of CCA cable.
Read the CCA vs OFC amp-kit and wire-size guide to compare the two conductor materials.
Consider a Big 3 Upgrade
The amp kit carries power from the battery or electrical supply to the amplifier. A Big 3 kit performs a different job by strengthening important charging and grounding connections under the hood.
Browse Sky High Car Audio Big 3 kits when upgrading the alternator-positive, battery-negative and engine-ground connections.
A Big 3 upgrade does not increase the alternator’s rated output. Systems with substantial amplifier demand may still require additional battery capacity, upgraded charging support or a high-output alternator.
Additional Sky High Car Audio Wire
Custom and multi-amplifier installations may require longer cable runs, additional speaker wire, distribution blocks or supporting electrical accessories. Browse Sky High Car Audio power, ground and speaker wire to complete the installation.
