Audio Sellerz LLC — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Applies to: Online purchases at AudioSellerz.com and in-store orders shipped to you
1) Processing Times

In-stock items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Made-to-order / custom items (examples: enclosures, alternators, apparel): Ship after production is complete. Any lead time will be shown on the product page. Transit time begins after the item ships.

Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
2) Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

PO Boxes / APO / FPO: Some large, heavy, or restricted items cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses. If a physical address is required, we will contact you.
3) Shipping Methods & Signature

We ship using major carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and approved freight partners when needed.

Signature confirmation may be required at our discretion for high-value orders, or it can be added at the customer’s request (strongly recommended for orders over $500).

Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only — it does not change production time or our processing time.
4) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order ships, we cannot reroute or change the destination address.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are handled under Section 9.
5) Risk of Loss, Insurance & Responsibility

Once your package is tendered to the carrier (or our approved partners), it is in the carrier’s custody and control.

Risk of loss and damage transfers to the carrier at tender.

Standard carrier liability limits may apply.
5A) Optional Shipping Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

At checkout (or by written request before shipment), you may purchase optional shipping insurance to protect your order in transit against loss, theft, or damage.

If you do not purchase optional shipping insurance, you acknowledge and agree that Audio Sellerz LLC is not obligated to replace, refund, or compensate for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the shipment is tendered to the carrier.

By placing an order without optional shipping insurance, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for carrier-related loss, theft, or damage, and to use the carrier claim process described in Section 6.
6) If Your Package Is Lost or Damaged (Claims)
Report issues immediately. Carrier claim windows are strict.
Visible damage at delivery:

Note the damage with the driver (when possible) and take photos of the outer carton, inner packing, and product before moving, installing, or using the item.
Concealed damage (damage discovered after delivery):

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, include photos, and keep all packaging.
Loss / no movement / “delivered” but not received:
-
Contact the carrier to open a trace/claim.

If theft is suspected, file a police report.
We will assist with documentation (proof of value, photos, and carrier forms).
No replacement or reshipment will be sent until the carrier resolves the claim and pays it out (including partial payouts).
Failure to keep packaging, provide required photos, or meet carrier deadlines may result in claim denial.
7) Freight / LTL Shipments (Large or Palletized)

Inspect freight before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Note any damage or missing items directly on the BOL (examples: “crushed corner,” “shrink wrap torn”).

Take photos at delivery. If severe damage is present, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Freight carriers strictly enforce claim windows.
8) Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Pre-orders ship when the item becomes available. Availability dates are estimates and may change due to supplier constraints.

We may split shipments at our discretion; tracking will be provided for each package.
9) Refused / Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages returned to us are handled as a standard return under our Return Policy:

Outbound shipping is non-refundable (including “free shipping” promotions).

Any carrier return charges will be deducted from the refund.
-
Restocking fees may apply based on condition.
10) Delays Outside Our Control
Weather, natural disasters, peak-season congestion, strikes, and carrier network disruptions are outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only — we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
11) What We Don’t Cover

Lost or stolen packages after shipment is tendered to the carrier. Once the carrier has the package, it is in their custody and control. Any loss, theft, or “missing” package must be handled through the carrier’s claim process. We will assist with documentation, but we are not responsible for carrier-related loss or theft.

Porch piracy / theft after a confirmed delivery scan. File a police report and open a carrier claim. We’ll help, but we are not responsible.

Replacement timing: No replacement or reshipment will be sent until the carrier resolves the claim and pays it out (including partial payouts).

Damage caused by installation, misuse, abuse, or modifications.
-
Missing parts/accessories when packaging is discarded before inspection/claim submission.

Buyer’s remorse or wrong-item purchases (see our Return Policy for eligibility).
12) Our Promise
We pack orders correctly, ship fast, and we’ll help you work through the carrier process if something goes sideways. But once the carrier has it, we follow their claim rules. No replacement ships until the carrier pays out the claim. Optional insurance is your protection — use it if you want guaranteed coverage.
