Last updated: ( 05-05-2025 )
Who we are & what this covers
Audio Sellerz LLC (“Audio Sellerz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and store, along with the information, content, features, tools, products, and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). We run our store on Shopify, which helps us deliver and improve the Services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us.
If there’s any conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service as to personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
Conflicts; Fraud/Chargebacks Exception
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits our ability to collect, use, preserve, or disclose personal information as we reasonably believe necessary to: (i) detect, investigate, prevent, and prosecute suspected fraud, theft, or abuse (including chargeback fraud); (ii) recover amounts owed to us; (iii) comply with applicable law, law-enforcement requests, subpoenas, or court orders; or (iv) assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If we reasonably suspect or confirm chargeback fraud, we may disclose only the information necessary and only to the parties who need it—including payment processors, banks/card networks, law enforcement, courts and agencies, shipping insurers/carriers, fraud-prevention and collections providers, credit/reporting agencies, and other service providers or merchants—to investigate, prevent fraud, collect debts, file claims, and protect our rights and interests. We do not publish customers’ personal information for public “naming and shaming”; any public disclosure would occur only in connection with legal or administrative proceedings or where otherwise required by law.
