Sunday Means Closed
We love car audio, but we have a life outside of audio too.
Please do not call, email, or stop by the shop on Sundays. Our team is off and spending time away from work.
If you send us a message while we are closed, we will respond after we return during normal business hours.
Calling multiple times, sending several emails, or sending repeated messages while we are closed will not get a faster response.
Event Weekend Closures
Audio Sellerz is active in the car audio industry. Our team attends major car audio shows, competitions, events, trade shows, and other industry gatherings throughout the year.
Because of this, there will occasionally be weekends when we are closed on Friday, Saturday, and/or the following Monday.
We will do our best to announce event-related closures ahead of time on our website and social media.
If you are making a longer drive to visit our Norton, Ohio shop, please confirm that we are open before heading our way.
Response and shipping times may also be slightly slower when a large portion of our team is away working an event.
Before Contacting Us About an Order
Please read the product page and check the stated build or processing time before contacting us asking where your order is.
Not everything sold on AudioSellerz.com is sitting on a shelf waiting to be placed into a shipping box.
Some products are built to order, made to order, custom assembled, manufactured after your order is placed, or require additional processing time before shipping.
This may include:
- Custom subwoofer boxes and enclosures
- High-output alternators
- Powder-coated alternators and other customized products
- Apparel
- Certain custom or specialty bass knobs
- Certain Advanced Electric products
- Other products clearly marked as built to order, custom, or made to order on the product page
Please read the product description before placing your order. If the product page tells you that an item has a build time or processing time, it should not be expected to ship immediately.
Built-to-Order Products Take Time
If you order a built-to-order high-output alternator and contact us three days later asking where your alternator is, contacting us will not make it get built any faster.
The manufacturer still has to build your product. Depending on what you ordered, that process may include manufacturing, machining, assembly, testing, custom options, powder coating, finishing, packaging, and shipping.
The same applies to other built-to-order and custom products.
We understand that you are excited to receive your order. We want you to receive it too. Please allow the build or processing time stated on the product page before contacting us for a shipping update.
Build times are estimates. Actual timing can vary because of manufacturer workload, parts availability, custom options, powder coating, production schedules, holidays, major events, shipping delays, and other factors involved in producing the product.
Repeatedly contacting us while your order is still within its stated build time does not move the order ahead in the production line.
Once your order ships and tracking becomes available, tracking information will be sent using the contact information associated with your order.
When Should You Contact Us About an Existing Order?
Please contact us if:
- The stated build or processing time has passed
- Your tracking has stopped updating for an unusual amount of time
- Your package appears to be lost
- Your package arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- Something is missing from your shipment
- We contacted you because additional information is needed to complete your order
- You have another legitimate problem with an existing order
When contacting us about an existing order, please include your full name and order number.
Sending us only “Where is my order?” without your name or order number creates another step before we can even begin helping you.
Buying a High-Output Alternator? Yes, You Need the Big 3
If you are installing an aftermarket high-output alternator, the answer is YES — you need to upgrade the Big 3 wiring.
Your vehicle’s factory charging and grounding cables were designed around the original factory electrical system and factory alternator. When you install an alternator capable of producing substantially more current, that current needs wiring capable of supporting it.
A proper Big 3 upgrade strengthens the main charging and grounding paths between the alternator, battery, engine, and chassis.
Installing a high-output alternator while leaving small factory charging and ground wiring in place can leave a major restriction in the electrical system.
Do the electrical upgrade correctly the first time.
Read our Big 3 upgrade guide for high-output alternators to understand why the wiring upgrade matters and which connections need attention.
If you still need the wiring, you can also shop car audio Big 3 upgrade kits at Audio Sellerz.
Need Help Before You Buy?
If you are unsure what amplifier works with your subwoofers, what electrical upgrades your system needs, what wire size you should use, what final ohm load you need, what box works for your subs, or which equipment makes sense for your build, ask us before ordering.
We would rather help you get the correct equipment the first time than have you order something that does not work with the rest of your system.
The easiest way to ask is through the live chat bubble on AudioSellerz.com.
When asking for system help, please give us as much information as possible, including:
- Your vehicle year, make, and model
- The equipment you already own
- The products you are considering
- The number of subwoofers you are using
- Your subwoofer voice-coil configuration
- The amplifier you are using or considering
- Your goals for the system
- Any electrical upgrades already installed
- Your order number if you have already placed an order
The more information you give us the first time, the easier it is for us to give you a useful answer without several messages back and forth.
