The Sky High Car Audio SH-25NP 2.5" neodymium midrange speaker pair is designed for customers who want clearer vocals, stronger musical detail and flexible mounting options without trying to fit a large speaker into a small location.

Its compact size works well in dashboards, A-pillars, custom speaker pods and multi-speaker front-stage systems. Each speaker combines a lightweight neodymium motor with a rigid carbon-fiber-and-resin cone to help reproduce midrange frequencies with clarity and control.

These are dedicated midrange speakers—not subwoofers or low-frequency midbass drivers. Sky High recommends a 200 Hz high-pass crossover to help protect the speakers from frequencies below their intended operating range.

Power Handling and Amplifier Matching

Each SH-25NP speaker has a nominal 4-ohm impedance and is rated for 80 watts RMS and 160 watts maximum power handling. Amplifier output should be matched to the number of speakers being used and the final wired impedance presented to each channel.

Do not select an amplifier using maximum-power numbers alone. Use the RMS rating, final impedance, crossover settings and number of speakers connected to each channel when planning the system.

Installation and Tuning Recommendations
