Built from the ground up with U.S. steel, CNC precision machining, and an FEA-optimized motor, this subwoofer is designed to deliver hard-hitting bass for both daily systems and competition-focused builds.

One of the biggest highlights of the Ruthless Quad Stack is the motor design. It uses quad stack ferrite magnets that are cut on a water jet and finish-machined in-house, delivering serious motor force for demanding bass setups. That strong motor structure helps the Ruthless Audio Quad Stack 15" and 18" stay aggressive and controlled when power levels climb.

Cooling is also a major part of the design. The Ruthless Audio Quad Stack subwoofer uses a solid pole with staged aluminum cooling to help with thermal control under heavy load. That matters in any build where the subwoofer is expected to see real power for long periods of time.

The rest of the moving assembly is built for hard use. This subwoofer features a kraft pulp fiber reinforced cone paired with a dual-layer wide foam surround to support strong output and long excursion. It also uses a 3" diameter 4-layer voice coil and 5 progressive spiders for stability and control when the system is pushed.

The structure is just as serious. The Ruthless Quad Stack uses an extra heavy-duty aluminum basket with a wrap-around gasket for durability, along with 144-count tinsel leads that are double-sewn to the spider pack. Termination is available in standard heavy-duty stitched hybrid lead or push/hybrid termination, depending on configuration. It also includes a carbon cap standard and a hybrid stitched lead design for maximum current transfer.
