The enclosure is one of the most important parts of a Platinum V2 build. A 2,500-watt RMS subwoofer installed in an undersized, weak or incorrectly tuned box can sound poor and experience unnecessary mechanical stress.

Measure the enclosure location and every opening the completed box must pass through. A large enclosure may fit inside the vehicle but still be impossible to move through the trunk opening, hatch or door.

  • Seat and interior-panel clearance
  • Space around the port opening

Power Wiring and Electrical Support
